[Fleet9] Diesel Class!!!

Hello fleet Niners!

 

Mark your calendar for Saturday February 28th at Encinal Yacht Club in
Alameda.

 

You will see Engines, parts, and pieces.  You will hold, feel and touch a
real engine.

 

What you will get out of it:

.         Be able to listen and know what might be wrong

.         Be able to understand the flow of fuel

.         Be able to identify all exterior parts

.         Be able to fix some issues as they come up at sea

.         Be able to understand your freshwater system

.         Be able to understand your raw water system

.         Be able to work better with your mechanic

.         Be able to make it home under power!

 

 

This is a functional hands on seminar from 0900-1300.  Jason Morison of
Proline Service has graciously agreed to give this seminar.  He is serious,
and knowledgeable.  Come out and learn, come out and support Jason in his
quest to make sure we come home safely!

 

Please let me know if you will come, and if you will bring anyone.

 

We will focus on OUR Catalina engine, visitors welcome, but please ask then
to hold questions about "their" engine.  This is a Catalina Owners class.

 

Fee $20 per person (not per boat)
